I’m now intrigued....Fantasy or Fake? Is this a copy of a badge that actually existed or is it a totally made up badge please?

In UK many factories had enamel badges for their staff, much like these...would companies like VW have done the same?

It's a fantasy badge though. Produced in my home country (Poland) .... there is a lot of it on the Internet. The prices vary from 300 Ukrainian hryvnias (about 39 Polish zlotys ... more or less the price for a large pizza here ) to 490 British pounds.
