I would have assumed if it is not stamped it was never issued but this one has what appears to be glue spot and small delamination of the paper on the back where it may have been stuck to something.

David...most of the paper door plaques are found without any markings on them (especially the later ones). In my opinion they just either got lazy or just didn't have the supplies to mark every single one of them. There were literally millions of these things issued...so it stands to reason that stamps would eventually fall by the wayside. We feature a pretty rare Gau stamped set of them on page 99 of our book.
