The top buckle is a boy scouts/Pfadfinder item, it could be pre nazi or post war as the scouts ceased to exist during the nazi era as far as i know. As far as the other two buckles i'd make a guess at police use just after the war!...

Here is a Boy Scout buckle that looks identical to yours. It came on a cut down WWI belt. If I remember correctly I sold this set on eBay 4-5 years ago for around $135. 40 pounds is a good price on that buckle but I would pass on the other buckles.
