This buckle from the "Deutsche Turnerschaft" is new in my collection.
The buckle is new silver |nickel and the Rondell are 2 pieces and painted red\silver lining to the 4 "F"

I don’t collect these but my buddy Garry has one identical to yours. He has another with a similar roundel without the paint.

A super Turnerschaft buckle that you have so kindly shown.
Here are images of the brass box version of yours.
An extremely "interesting" and misunderstood organisation (in my opinion) and especially so, in relation to their activities during the 1920's.

Not so.
The overt roundels are the same and possibly St. u L. by origin, however the one that I have shown is set on the box approximately 45º differently, anti clockwise. In addition, the emblems attached to the roundels are slightly different. Note the difference to the design of the wreaths and also, the background to the "red". The background to the one originally posted appears to be slightly striated, however the one that I posted, is not.
