thank you for posting the page from the bandau book, which I unfortunately still miss. Has anybody a pdf / scan of this book ...or better - knows a place, where to buy ?

This is unfortunately now a very rare book. There is a heavy emphasise on Imperial and Weimar, although having said that - well worth having (as is the Catella publication). Over 150 large format pages and jolly difficult to scan !
