von Hagen Turnerbund buckle

Hi guys,

My second Turnerbund buckle has just arrived. A DRGM Ideba of JD von Hagen. I promised to share pictures, so here they are.

Thanks to Mr Evans and Mr Kirby who both shared some knowledge and fine reference material.

The pic of both of my TB buckles shows the von Hagen on top and the bottom one is the Assmann & Söhne.

Note the pin head on the Von Hagen buckle, a common trait for this maker

Thank you. I already wondered about that, it even crossed my mind that it might have been a replacement pin of some kind, because I didn’t see it before.
