so... here is a Württemberg M15 buckle... no hallmark... but typical paint and Version of Paul Schuhmacher Lüdenscheid (but no guarantee)

used in Prussian, Bavaria, Württemberg, Baden, Schleswig, Braunschweig, Meklenburg-Strelitz, Meklenburg-Schwerin and Hessen
NOT in Sachsen.
