Here are a couple I have. The Prussian has a tag from the veteran and a Bavarian .Just a side note I remember back thirty plus years ago in Manions auction he had a m15 Bavarian I missed It went for 300 dollars .I thought what a lot of money .Hindsight is a lot better then foresight .Also I remember in a FRENCH magazine articles on other state Telegraph buckles but have never seen any .Has anyone else? Also all the Prussian m15 type I have seen were all Grey zink coated are there any painted? Thanks charlie

Here is my one example. Rather battered, the pin retaining lugs cut to allow the buckle hinge to be removed, and then folded over to catch the belt sides/ Possibly painted a reddish-brown for some reason unless it is an odd corrosion product.
