leather hanger from SS-Degen?

Good day dear collector community,

Is this possibly a carrying leather for the epee? The carabiner is marked with the company Overhoff & Cie Lüdenscheid.

It's a Sword-Hanger, but I see no indication that it's specifically for the SS Degen or for any of the various party formations under RZM Supply...I speculate this may be a privately-purchased piece...
Here's my SA Dagger Hanger from the same producer...Notice the RZM Marking indicating specific use for a Party Formation such as SA/SS/HJ/NSDAP, etc...

OLC clips we see on every branch, without any SS acceptance stamps this is just an ordinary swords hanger, mostly likely used on a police Degen because of its colour.
