Could someone explain why on these two Heer sabres the eagle head point the opposite way?. Thankyou.

First two swords look like fakes to me. Poorly executed eagles - arthritic, really..........

Hi Steve, again photos are not the final arbiter in judging the authenticity of an item.

Both of these sabres are 100% pre 1945 manufactured originals.

I'm sorry reichss, I have to agree with Steve. IMHO, the detail on the first cross guard is poor. The second cross guard is crooked. These match the work on reproductions from the north and northeastern areas of India.

I have to agree. I don't like either of them. They have a poor look and quality to them. Probably something made in India or Pakistan.
