Eickhorn KM Dagger Opinion Sought

Greetings Collectors!

I'm thinking of buying this nice KM Eickhorn dagger but wanted to be sure before any purchase.
It's an Eickhorn dagger with the stamped insignia on the reverse. It has a nice patina and a Heer Portepee, all looking very homogenous.

It's currently listed for 1290€.

I searched the forum and went through my books. So far it's seems that it is a nice complete Eickhorn?
Even the safety pin is in same colour as the scabbard is.

I'm not 100% sure of the etched blade.
Opinions welcome!

I thought because it is more silver shining?
But I cpuld be wrong as the portepee seems to be longer. A army portepee would've ended far much near the crossguard?

portepees of the navy daggers were silver. As you noticed, the stalk of the army portepee would be right at the crossguard.

The dagger is a good one but 1.290€ for a standard navy dagger is too much in my opinion.
