Kriegsmarine 2nd model Eickhorn etched dagger - Need Authentication

I am considering to purchase this Eickhorn made Kriegsmarine dagger.

For me it looks ok.

I especially like the blade but I think the dagger and scabbard has been cleaned and maybe a bit polished.

I am waiting for your opinion before purchasing it.

According to you what is bad is the Eickhorn logo ?

The logo seems to be OK. But the eagle is not an Eickhorn one, the grip is damaged, the felt under the crossguard plate is missing. I can’t see the grip wire on these pictures. Therefore would be the dagger not for my collection.
