Demjansk shield factory dies. Is it Real?

Either some collector is all excited thinking he's about to get an "original" die, or a faker is already on the phone buying raw metal so he can gear up production of a new batch of copies.

The latter is what I was thinking might happen.
But now this die has been shown here, everybody knows to keep an eye out and what to look for.
