Looks like a good comparison to the one for sale on emedals and to the example posted by Warlord.
Don't know if it is original as they are very rare and hard to find

It seems to check out favourably with originals. It will need some very close comparisons to known pieces but the signs are good.
It's just the rarity and the chances of finding a good one that is making me cautious.
Is it your badge or for sale from a dealer or similar?
Is there any provenance attached to it? Any knowledge of it's whereabouts until now?
