Not something I am familiar with but on comparison with known original medals, this lacks quality, soft and blurred details, rough background to the medal and the ribbon looks to be modern.

Swastika size also seems smaller than other examples
Just looks too rough and crude to me. The originals I looked at were sharp and clear in detail and a lot more finely executed.

The grainy surface of your medal is in contradiction with the original model which is perfectly smooth. All those that I have observed have a precise engraving, especially the eagle's beak. On the other hand, the original medal is made of silver-plated metal (copper, zinc), and not covered with a simple silver paint.
