Finally got this from emedals. There are bright dots appears on the black back cloth under UV lamp. Does this mean the back cloth is attached to the shield in later modern time, or it is contaminated by something? Thanks

Badge is a nice original Krim by Deumer. The dots illuminated by your U.V. lamp appear to be bits of fluff picked up over time imo. Regards Paul

I wouldn’t worry about the flecks either. Mid- to later-wartime cloth was being eked out with all manner of salvaged materials, including synthetics. As Paul says, these spots may well just be contamination/fluff picked up and embedded in the weave over years of handling.
Similarly, the paper-cloth backing could be thus contaminated.

Hi Paul, Could you please explain why it’s Deumer? This is my first collection of the shield, I have no experience at all. Thanks.

It matches the known characteristics of shields made by Deumer.

I am no expert, but it looks like a nice example to me.

The two different sized ones with the small die flaw on the right tip of the island do it for me. someone somewhere must have found out these were made by deumur.
    nice one
