Here’s a Narvik Campaign Shield for Heer I have . It has lovely detail on the edelweiss pedals.

I believe you’re right on the Narvik Campaign Shield being the most attractive, and I also think the Cholm Campaign Shield is kinda snazzy design wise.

I know what you mean about the Cholm shield but in my eyes it's just a big political symbol. Eagle, swastika, iron cross outline.
I think all of the other shields can tell a story through their design.

In a sense the other shields do have a story line, but the Chlolm Shield has a menacing appearance. The Narvik shield is well thought out with the 3 major branches of the Wehrmacht working in conjunction on an operation.

Read this book. Even if not symbolized on the shield, the story behind the Cholm shield is a gripping saga.
