I'm afraid this one is indeed an old repro ,Sometimes called the helmet fake (Eagle appears to be wearing a helmet) this one is still fooling people, Regards Paul

The features on the head, no veins on the wing feathers and the mis formed swastika are the things to look at on these fakes.
