    Thanks! But would it not be obvious then that maker mark would be R.S.?

    Maybe I should have said Souval type catch, Still post war imo. The makers mark seems spurious to me as it appears stamped into the metal after the badge was made, Makers Mark's are normally part of the reversed die & would appear raised .

    Don't know what that mark is but it is not a TR maker.
    IMO this is not a genuine TR badge but is a poor copy.

    I would agree, you can see all the casting marks and the bubbling.

    I have not seen this type before but IMO it is a poor reproduction.
