As far as I know, this maker never marked these in this manner.
I believe it should be marked "Schwerin, Berlin 68" only.

Detail on the obverse of this 2nd pattern Schwerin does not look accurate to me, It is correctly marked on the reverse but the letters look to thick . Here's my 2nd pattern example for comparison , Regards Paul
