In my opinion this is not a war time period made badge. Could be that it was assembled by S&L pin, hinge and catch are definetely similar as yours but then again not even sure about this

No. The base of the pin is different. Your base of pin has an oval plate. I'm not sure, but very close what the hinge and plate 2 details. My example is a close to a base G.H. Osang designs. And you can see the crack of the base and wreath
Bases is different, anyway, we don't know war or post-war.
Hi again missed that completely apologies rectify my initial statement I believe that your badge is as far as I know an extremely rare late war original Assmann on the back although not very visible in your pictures there should be an A for the makers mark

Textbook Assman and as stated a very hard badge to find, not many of these badges in people’s collections.
