I'm not sure about this one as it doesn't seem to fit exactly with the Type I or the Type II.
To my eyes the detail on the wreath looks "flat" and not quite the correct shape. Plus the suspension ring of the medal itself (not the ribbon loop) seems to have a flat shamfered edge which I think should have a more "pointed" profile.
As I say I am not sure and these are rather difficult to authenticate from photographs but there are members here that will tell you immediately I think so wait for more input.
