If I can see correctly, there is a 3 in the ring

I believe it is a good medal but I'm not sure it is by maker 3 - Wilhelm Deumer.

There is a great site here that details nearly all the makers and variants along with things to identify particular medals to a maker. I don't think the details on yours match the details there.
