Looks like a good late war zinc Assmann badge. The hinge has been resoldered and it looks like it was put on the wrong way round and whoever did it has bent the pin to put it nearly right.
Catch missing as well obviously.
Don't forget to use the correct German word for the badge - Fallschirmschützenabzeichen - and to post in the sub forum for these badges. Hopefully Ralph or one of the Mods will move it.
