Fortunate enough to have many and varied hobbies, one of which is collecting Australian, British, Commonwealth Bayonets particularly from WW1 onwards. I currently building a M9 collection more so for the Phrobis / Buck examples.
Favorite bayonet - The worlds most useless designed bayonet ever, the Australian M-1944 Machete Bayonet .... both Mk1 and Mk2 versions.
Most prized bayonet I hold - A 1915 Lithgow Hook with the regimental marks for Australia's 1st Camel Regiment with matching scabbard and leather frog.
Hope to involve myself in quite a few discussions.
Welcome to the forum, Dane! Good to have you! I hope you'll share some photos of your collection with us at some point when you have time (and after you've been approved...it usually doesn't take long).
Hey, Bayo! Excited to see that you want to post some of your pictures, but photos aren't allowed on the introduction pages (to prevent against spamming). I suggest posting a thread in the Collections Display section if you want to show many objects in one thread: https://www.warrelics.eu/forum/collections-display/
