Hello all! I am Jerry. I am a collector of military items from ww1 to modern day with a focus around Vietnam. I have been collecting for a number of years now and have a number of fun items. I have had an m1 helmet sitting around for a bit that I wanted to dig further into and have learned that it is often a referenced McCord lot number for knowing the exact date it was pressed! (McCord lot 863)
Anyway, I was using threads from here so i figured I would create an account.
