Hi,
I just started seriously getting into studying WW2, specifically Germanys National Socialism..3rd Reich. (I never applied myself before but just pushed my way through Mein Kampf, my mother [100% French btw] gave me the book when I was 14 to suppliment my history studies at school, then took it back to read herself then threw it away cuz she got supersticious and then I just loaned it from the library). Theres alot to read, alot of books, speeches, videos, photos and also trying to learn German so I can know if the translations are accurate. Its very overwhelming. At first I was looking at the cool relics at the auction houses and I used to try to screenshot every thing being sold, its all so interesting, but I would soon run out of space on my phone just screen shotting every little phamplet, book, postcard, uniform, medal etc. but this is how I stumbled onto your site, I was triyng to find a rare picture and the members here had some information on the type of armband (an ss one) Hitler was wearing. Very impressive the amount of knowledge you guys have. Looking forward to reading more on this forum.
