Been looking at this one in a local shop, am i right this is a fairly common maker and logo?
This one has no frog, but aside from that the only mark is the Carl Eickhorn logo pictured, was thinking of buying it but if its a common one ill hang back for a better example, any advice?

It looks like early 30ies logo, when i remember corectly.

An Eickhorn is always a good buy, and that's a tidy example from around 1933.

O thanks, I might grab it then, guess it will at least hold its value if the price is right

This looks like a nice example and the early Eickhorns do tend to hold up well over time. But remember, these are not scarce items so if this one is priced too high, don’t be afraid to walk away.
