One ordinary matching number 98k made especially for the german police by Alexander Coppel. Solingen 1936-37 with original police portepee.
This bayonet is not WaA marked.

Hello Erik...although unreadable and per Sleepwalkers request.... please post a photo of of the back of the frog ...The Bayo Gents here can actually identify just by the shape of the makers mark.

Brown frog looks more like a dress variation but not typical on that bayonets the other frog on S84/98 should be probably a Wehrmacht piece, certainly a better photos would be interesting.
