Hello everyone,
If possible could someone help translate these pages for me,
I can read the top four awards on the first photo but from 1.5.40 down I’m not sure what exactly is written, I’m thinking west wall medal and then ‘the right to wear the awards’ maybe..
Thanks guys.

I believe this document is signed by Otto Barth, but I have not found an example of his signature. Can somebody confirm that this is indeed signed by Barth? Thank you!

I have a piece of note paper that is from one if the reichs chancellories. Its address in the top right is Berlin W8, den 4 voßstraße. The office given in the top left was for Der Staatsminister und Chef der Prasidialkanzlei. Does anyone know if the address is for the new or old Reichs chancellory? Thanks.
