    Wow, I was a mile off, LOL! Thank you Paul, that video is just the ticket to solve the mystery. I've been selling off my photo collection for the last couple of years, and this was one that stumped me when I ran across it the other day.

    I would suppose that the flag between the two nazi flags is the Saar Territory flag, then.
