Need your help to see if I am reading this name correctly.
Think the name is:

SS Hauptscharfuhrer Josef Roewer

I have three postal codes from 1941 34500, 05607, and 10811. Think they are part of AOK 9.
Also trying to find any more information about him.

Yes, I agree, it's rather Roemer. Look how they write the letter "M" in "Admiral Graf Spee"

Looks like his family lived in Ratingen Bei Dusseldorf. Going to be interesting to have the letters translated and find out about this guy!
