The document looks original to me, but I'm not so sure about the Himmler signature.The document looks similar to others on the forum that have highlighted the career of members of the Schutzpolizei.
I'm no expert but the signature looks spot on to an original that I have.

BIRTH - 22 FEB 1897 • Schlüchtern
Marriage - 01 OCT 1924 • Minden
Death - 29 SEP 1944 • Marburg, Marburg-Biedenkopf, Hessen, Deutschland
His cause of death was Herzkrampf, Herzkrankarterienverkalkung Herzkrankheit (Heart spasm, hardening of the arteries, heart disease).
