KZ Auschwitz SS standartenfuhrer letter
Hello, yesterday I bought a letter which was seemingly dirceted to an SS man who was stationed in the Auschwitz conecntration camp. His name was Eugen Koblin, his rank was SS standartenfuhrer. Is it possible to identify this man and his actions?

I would have concerns regarding the name and especially the rank. Standartenfuhrer is a full colonel. The camp commandant was only a Lt Col, Obersturmbannfuhrer.
