Is this award document for a Luftschutz Ehrenzeichen erster Stufe an original?

Hard to say, but when you consider that the LS1 was only awarded about 150 times during the whole war, it would be extremly rare.

Received it now and was able to take more photos:

There isn't much about this guy on the internet. I was trying to corroborate his award, but had no luck, as the only picture I could find of him was taken in the 1930's before he was awarded the LS1. Hopefully somebody will chime in and confirm the authenticity of the document. if it's real, it is certainly rare and well worth owning.
