Re: Replica Ink Stamps
Another example shown below. This is a very common reproduction piece, often advertised as original. The stamp markings are often found on fake documents, and at times, even found on original paperwork, in an attempt to spice up the item.

Re: Replica Ink Stamps
Yes Paul. in their droves! I know of at least one dealer in Central Europe, who sells them for as little as 10 Euros. Which when compared to the price of them when they make their way across the Atlantic...shocking profit for the "dealer" selling them as an original piece.
Cheers,
Carl

Re: Replica Ink Stamps
Stamps like these have been circulating for over 30 years.
They are relatively easy to make and can look
quite convincing.........

Re: Replica Ink Stamps
Again, for those with an interest in the area, just bumping this thread back to the top. These examples are quite common, as are the many, many variants on the market.

a original how much did it cost??

Re: Replica Ink Stamps
Really depends on what it is. For example, some of the pieces that I have acquired can be gotten for 30-50 Euros, yet rarer pieces such as the Waffen-SS piece shown above, command much higher price tags.
