Interesting photos.

It looks like this SA man is wearing SA Sportabzeichen what introduced March 1934.
So I assume this photos is taken in German referendum, what held on 19 August 1934.

Also would be nice to know what poster they use on this car hood.

I agree with Finngaill. Look at the trees in the Background, there are leaves visible, the SA Men are wearing the SA shirt without a Great Coat and there is no snow visible! If this were Photos taken from the election Rally for the 5th march 1933 Election, there would be snow and no leaves on the trees, because it might be February. The Cars number plate shows "IX" = Westfalen. There is usually a very harsh climate, especially in winter. However, nice Photos!
