I have a feeling that it is a faked document. The Divisional-Kdr over that period was Generalmajor Oskar Munzel followed by Generalleutnant Martin Unrein and their signatures do not match the one seen there. It is almost like the signer has tried a mix between the two.

I'm not quite sure its a fake document yet, better pictures are needed for this one.

Who would you say has signed it - the stamp looks like 14.Panzer-Division?

From these poor photos its hard to tell but I would lean more towards Unrein, if anyone.

Problem with that is that it doesn't look like his signature and Unrein was promoted to Generalleutnant in July 1944, a full 5 months earlier.

Again it is hard to give an opinion with these photos, if it is Unrein it would be a condensed signature, which is not uncommon. The op needs better photos for any judgement to be properly given.

It can not be Unrein because the rank does not match with the date. If he had of been promoted just a month before then there is a slight possibility based on his RDA but not when there is 5 months difference.
The more I look at it the more certain I am that it is a fake.
Here is Unrein's signature which does not match.

Comparing Unrein's original signature to the one on the document it shows the Doc sig is certainly fake , Plus there is no way Unrein would be still signing documents after 5 months as a GenLt in his previous rank .
