Nice. Looking at his wound badge and ribbon bar. Hard to tell by could it be a WW1 wound badge and a WW1 EK ribbon in the 1st place on the bar?

With regard to the first ribbon of the ribbon bar, from my experience in black and white photos of other ribbon bars, it could indeed be the ribbon of the EK 2 Class 1914.
Of course the SS man does not look like a youngster, in the photo...
