hello,this is my last find from flohmarkt
i found this in the box among some others from different eras.due to the logic i belive it can be an original becuase whole set costed me about two euros,i think that owner doesent even look at these papers.
i'am greatly ineterested about the meaning of this paper,what was the purpose of it?any info,thoughts clues greatly appreciated

The document gives entry passsage to a labourer Tadeusz Kubarek to the accomodation of the 8th TK Standarte on authority of said Stürmbannführer.

I am not sure about that. I do think the paper looks kinda "new".

yes i agrre that the paper dont looks too old,iv tested it under the uv and it doesent glow
in the attachment few other papers on the same name of architect.two from III rech era two from the ''peoples repuplic of Poland'' after the war
