Unknown Generalleutnant - Please help

Who is this Generalleutnant? The photos were taken in Denmark, possibly in 1940 or 1941.

I was thinking of commanding officers that led units during the invasion of Denmark. Some of them definitely do not match. Too young or wrong facial features. This guy looks old enough to have been an older officer during the Great War even. White or grey hair, glasses, and mainly trying to note a similar nose profile. I doubt it but I thought it could be Generalleutnant Curt Gallenkamp, commander of Höheres Kommando z.b.V XXXI from the time of the invasion of Denmark until May 1942.




I believe the license plate on the car signifies the vehicle was registered in the Schleswig-Holstein region.
