    They are not Waffen SS, but WH soldiers.

    Nice pic, but, to me anyway, it looks like a "late war posed for Signal/Propaganda Kompanie" photo. But it's given me an idea for a model diorama!!

    Late war (on account of the STGs, I suppose)?
    Posed or not - they look tense.

    I like the motor too. Last Schwimmwagen I saw was at Munster. I so wanted to take it home and ford a river, LOL.

    Some lucky G.I. could have himself a couple of StG-44's, a nice set of Zeiss bino's, and a brand new schwimmwagen...
