Sensei is correct. In 1934, independent advertising agencies were dissolved and incorporated into the National Socialist Reich Association of German Advertising Professionals (NSRDW). Because it was compulsory, only NSRDW members could work in advertising, the NSRDW encompassed everyone who was in the advertising business. By 1939, the NSRDW had 17,000 members.
