I'm sure Willmore will take you through the Wehrpaß but on the front cover I notice it says Zweitschrift implying that the document is a replacement, the original having been lost/damaged. Thank you for posting.
Hi Philomena
Thank you for sharing these with us.
Here is a quick write up on the Wehrpaß
Page 3 -
August Hörmanseder was born on the 22nd of July 1908 in Kallham, Grieskirchen. His religion is noted as Roman Catholic (R. Kath = Römisch Katholische). He was married (verh = Verheiratet) and he worked in farming (Landarbeiter/Hilfsarbeiter). At the bottom of the page, it states his father was called Alois, he passed away in 1930, his mother was called Juliana and her maiden name was Kemetsmüller.
Page 11 -
He joined the military on the 20th of May 1942, became a member of 1./Schützen Ersatz Kompanie I/135 and swore his oath on the 11th of June 1942. I think 1./Schützen Ersatz Kompanie I/135 would be one of the replacement units for Infanterie Regiment 135.

States he was killed in action at Stalingrad and here is his Volksbund entry.
Name: August Hörmanseder
Date of birth: 22.07.1908
Place of birth: Kallham
Death/missing date: 14.12.1942
Death/missing place: Stalingrad
Service rank: Jäger
August Hörmanseder was not recovered during our re-interment activities. The planned transfer to the collective cemetery in Rossoschka was, therefore, unfortunately not possible. His name is recorded in a particular place in the aforementioned cemetery.

As BlackCat kindly pointed out, this Wehrpaß is a replacement (Zweitschrift) and it looks like information was entered and confirmed in GriesKirchen.
Page 46 it states -
Neuausfertigung, da Augehörigen der ehemaligen 6. Armee (a replacement had to be issued because the original was destroyed with the 6. Armee). This is quite common because the Wehrpaß was kept 'behind' the front lines and the company clerk would update the information in the document, but with the encirclement at Stalingrad, everything was lost or destroyed.
The link below will take you to a Wehrpaß that is also a replacement because the original was lost with the 6th Army.

Dear Wil
Thank you very much for your detailed response and valuable assistance in interpreting my great-grandfather's Wehrpass. The additional information is extremely fascinating. Unfortunately, pages 32 and 33 are blank, likely due to it being a copy of the Wehrpass. I apologize for the delayed response.
Kind regards
Philomena
