Cold War era English large periscope

I am looking for any information about this periscope.
I need some help with this beauty. About 3,5 meters long periscope. I think, this one was used in Air Forces, not for submarine. Because all text on the periscope is not placed as standard for a submarine. Usually, the eyepiece is at the bottom and the camera is out at the top. In this device, all inscriptions are read correctly, if the camera goes down.
