    The snap-hook looks to me in some ways as article 22203 from Assmann (page 78).
    In spite of the RZM stamped marking, the code 2/37 is not according regulations; not
    according political RZM-standards since 1935 anyway.

    A very interesting thread and now I know the origins of the 3 piece hanger on my early JA Henckels SA dagger.
    It's always great when you can learn something new in our hobby.
