It may just be the photos, but the spike looks odd to me. That and the missing support plate makes me question originality. Chin strap looks to be a replacement.

The shell is undoubtedly original, but I am a little suspicious about the Wappen - that too might be a modern replacement - although it is hard to be truly sure from the photographs. Something doesn't look quite right (to me) with that plate.

I agree with the comments below, it is a suspicious piece and the Wappen is looking odd.
The shell itself looks good but is missinf the support plate as mentionned by other members
It is quite an easy to find Pickelhaube, If I were you, I will wait for another one.
