Typical scout marking, its probably french lily crest divided. Possible the piece was owned by someone who was a scout, the scabbard was on police bayonet, so this bayonet it was certainly not, its a mix. The bayonet itself was reworked in NS time as blued and refurbished, as it doesnt have 1920 it was probably hidden in storage prior 1935.

From the unit marking on scabbard it was part of Schutzpolizei Liegnitz which is now in Poland, in area near of czech border. There is minimum 2x stamped for this district.
Its wrongly stamped Stahlblume probably, strange is its rotated so i believe it was done when stacking the blade into stamping place, where the blade was stamped with press mashine and the background under the stamp die head had already stamped the maker stamp into his surface, so this was mirror stamped to opposite ricasso of the piece.
