As you can see tt is very similar.
And both weighs clearly lighter than 100% the correct scabbard of other similar bayonets from my collection.
Also I comparethe fuller of the blade wuth blade of Bavarian M1854 Dornbuchse yatagan bayonet:

I believe the scabbard is ok it could be made too from french M42 scabbard as by comparation with M66 here it looks larger, there is missing only the oval lip on the mouth, which is good visible by Williams book pages. The Baden M1843 and 1853 bayonets started with leather scabbards. similar steel plate scabbards are most real later replacements. The brass? areas are probably done by cleaning, as the crosspiece was rusted, similar could be done by cleaning with brass brush, the handle was made or cast in separate way and only riveted to tang with crossguard. The backside of ring was opened for easier attaching on rifle. The important picture is the tang end of pommel, which looks period. Its nice Baden yataghan bayonet.

This is answer of collector of german forum "Source Maier, Badische Blankwaffen presented bayonet its a Seitengewehr M1854, which was constructed for Artillery carbine System Minié. The usage of this modell was by Mans of Fortress Artillery and Pioneers. Since 1864 was it used by Jägers too with Jägerbuchse M1864."
M1863 Hinteladerbuchse was main modell used by Baden since 1863. By Jaegers was it approved one year later as 1863 also 1864.
Estimated ammount of M1864 Jaeger Buchse -rifles was about 1000pcs.
