Nice bayonet. I am not a bayonet expert but would say a police or rack marking before a unit marking. Others will certainly correct me and happy to corrected.

It could be the 29 are inventory marking, S84/98nA finished by Erfurt, 1915. Blade was heavily sharpened on stone, which doesnt look period.

Sharpening is not old on the blade which is not good for a collector, the sharpening was done unproffesionally.
